Annual Meeting
According to the York County Bar Association
Bylaws, the annual meeting is held on the second Monday of December of every year. The membership elects a President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer and conducts any further business deemed appropriate. No President is elected as the President-Elect from the previous year fills that position.
Members must be present to vote and 10% of the membership constitutes a quorum. The Secretary is required to give notice of the meeting to all members by mail at least 10 days prior to the annual meeting.
The Annual Meeting usually occurs during a lunch organized by the Bar Association Executive Director and is attended by staff.
