Each January at the Annual Dinner of the York County Bar Association,  the Women in the Law Committee presents the Jane Alexander Award.  The Committee accepts nominees for the award who meet the following criteria:

 

1.  A woman who resides in York County, PA,

2.  Who has advanced the legal rights of women through example, education, activism or the legal system.

3. Nominees do not have to be attorneys.
