The Committee's goal was to maintain and improve solid relationships with the Legislators who represent the County at the State and Federal level.
In order to further those efforts we scheduled one informal meeting with a group of the PA House members and hope to arrange a similar meeting with the others (see the committee's notes in the Nov. Bar Newsletter).
We would recommend continuation of these efforts and expansion to include members of Congress. The Bar could invite the members at both levels to such informal Bar functions as the Seafood outing as our guests. Informal settings such as that make for the best communication of our interests to our representatives.
