York County Bar Association

 Memorial Minute Policy

Adopted August 18, 2006

It shall be the policy of the York County Bar Association to make a memorial contribution to the York County Bar Foundation of one hundred dollars upon the death of any member who held an office of the Association and/or was an active member for at least thirty years or was a members at he time of his/her death.  A special meeting of the Bar Association shall be convened for the purpose of holding a Memorial Minute, unless the individual or his or her family has expressed a desire that no meeting be held in his or her honor.
