MEMBERSHIP REINSTATEMENT POLICY
The Board of Directors of the Association, with recommendation from the Membership Committee, passed the following membership policies and benefits. It is hoped that these new member benefits will make participation as Bar Association members easier and more convenient.
MEMBERSHIP REINSTATEMENT POLICY
A person whose membership has been dropped pursuant to Article III, Section 2 of the By-Laws (non-payment of dues within 90 days after the billing date) may be reinstated upon payment of
(a) payment of dues amount plus $10.00 if paid less than 120 days after bill date
(b) payment of the dues amount plus $15.00 if paid between 120 – 150 days after the bill date
(c) payment of the dues amount plus $25.00 if paid more than 150 days after the bill date.
