Since Prohibition ended in the 1930’s, the U.S. government as well states including Pennsylvania have grappled issues of liquor control and reform. Led by an experienced faculty, this program will provide you an overview of alcohol law from both a national and Pennsylvania perspective, outline key concepts and restrictions for clients dealing in alcohol, licensing and enforcement issues, as well as recent hot topics.
