[York, PA – April 25, 2016] Janelle Black, Esq. has joined the York County Bar Association and Foundation as Director of Legal Services and Advocacy. In this role she will work collaboratively with MidPenn Legal Services, PIRC, York County Self-Help Center and other agencies to coordinate the Bar’s Pro Bono and legal services programs.
Janelle is the former Advocacy Manager for the York County Economic Alliance. Her experience includes employment with the Pennsylvania Bar Association prior to the YCEA, as well as Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and Central Pennsylvania Legal Services. “Her association background, knowledge of the legislative process and York community make her an ideal fit for the role,” states Victoria A. Janelle is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and Widener University School of Law. She and her husband are the proud parents of three children and reside in York, PA.
