Various immigration options for victims of domestic violence including U & T Visas (known as the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act (VTVPA), which created two categories of non-immigrant visas, U visa for victims of certain crimes and T visas for victims of trafficking) and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act).  Participants in the class will receive information to represent/assist clients in these areas.

The PACLE Board approved this program for 1 hour substantive credit.  To receive credit, all attendees must be registered and in their seats by 12:30 p.m.  Late arrivals will receive no credit.
