The York Legal Record Publication Board has responsibility to ensure the weekly publication of the York Legal Record. The Publication Board is also responsible for setting policy regarding publication, and establishing fees for legal and commercial advertisements. The Publication Board meets every other month. In addition, the Publication Board, through its Editor, is responsible for selection of local legal opinions authored by the York County Court of Common Pleas which are printed in the York Legal Record. Members of the Bench or Bar are encouraged to submit to the Editor opinions which they believe merit selection.
