Victoria Connor embodies the essence of thoughtful and effective leadership, community engagement, and nonprofit stewardship. With a passion for connecting people and fostering positive change, she has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the York County Bar Association and its charitable arm, the York County Bar Foundation, since 2011. During her tenure, Victoria has spearheaded initiatives that address evolving community needs while significantly increasing member participation within the Bar Association. Under her guidance, the York County Bar Foundation's endowment funds have reached an impressive $6.9 million, solidifying its position as a pivotal force in supporting law-related programs in York County. Through her strategic vision and collaborative approach, Victoria has elevated the Bar Foundation to become the second largest in the Commonwealth, amplifying its impact as York's foremost private funder of legal initiatives.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Victoria resides in York, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Michael. Together, they take pride in their children's accomplishments, with their daughter Brittany graduating in 2009 and their son Michael in 2019, both from Penn State University.

Magenta Bard was welcomed to the York County Bar in 2024. Her background in office administration and customer service make her a great asset to the team! In addition to being a part-time staff member, program coordinator for Leave A Legacy and York County Estate Planning Council, Magenta is a military wife of over 15 years and a mom to three boys.  Originally from Florida, Magenta has lived in several other states before landing in Pennsylvania (which she says is her favorite!). When she is off the clock, she likes to attend her kid’s youth sporting events, garden, crochet, and snuggle with her fur babies.
