This program is a follow up to Meditation 101, where we discussed the mind/body connection and the benefits of meditation, including increased concentration and focus, and stress relief. With that as a basis, in this class we will practice different meditation techniques by doing short meditations in a group setting.

Location: Yoga for Life Studio - located at the Corner of E. Market & Belmont Streets on the second floor of the Soap Suds Laundromat Building. Free parking is available in the lot or on Belmont Street. Cost: donation.
