This CLE reviews the Castle Doctrine/Stand Your Ground defenses of the Justification statute.  Topics include an overview of each defense, how they differ from “traditional” self-defense claims, the viability of raising these defenses for clients, and how the defenses may legally and practically be defeated at trial.

The PACLE Board approved this program for 1-hour substantive credit.  To receive credit, all attendees must be registered and signed on by Noon and remain for the full program.  Late arrivals will receive no credit.
