TOPIC:                 THE GOOD, BAD, & UGLY OF CUSTODY MOTION’S COURT

LOCATION:         ZOOM DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAM

This course will cover the good, bad, and ugly of motions presented in custody motions’ court. The “good” will encompass the essential terms needed to ensure that an attorney is able to provide the Court with the crucial information for a speedy resolution saving both the Court and counsel time. The “bad” will address many common errors that attorneys make when drafting motions and presenting their case. The “ugly” will help attorneys bypass self-inflicted procedural impediments and avoid unpleasant notifications from chambers.

The PACLE Board approved this program for 1-hour substantive credit.  To receive credit, all attendees must be registered and signed on by Noon and remain for the full program.  Late arrivals will receive no credit.
