Attorney Stambaugh will supply an introduction to how the immigration system works and the law governing the U.S. immigration policy. This CLE will give an overview of the immigration concepts, government agencies and the rights that non-immigrants have on obtaining status in the U.S. and becoming a U.S. citizen.

The PACLE Board approved this program for 1-hour substantive credit. To receive credit, all attendees must be signed on by Noon. Late arrivals will receive no credit.
