Please join us on February 22, 2023 at the Country Club of York for an educational course offered by the York County Estate Planning Council, a program of the York County Bar Foundation, on the topic of Gray Divorce: Considerations for practitioners in both the legal and financial fields. The speakers of this event will be Penny V. Ayers, Esq. of Senft Schefter & Ayers and Audrey E. Woloshin, Esq. of Ream, Carr, Markey, Woloshin & Hunter.
The presentation will aim to cover key areas relating to older couples who are divorcing, and will cover topics such as division of retirement assets, income concerns, capacity and illness issues that arise, as well as other topics. If you attend this in-person lunch it can count as one continuing education credit for PACLE, CFP, PA Ins, and CPA. If you are a current YCEPC member, the cost of registering for this event is free. For all other guests, the registration cost is $70.00 (4% processing fee added to credit card payments). The in-person lunch will consist of Seafood Newburg with Rice and Broccoli (please note - this will contain shellfish) - or - a Strawberry Romaine Salad which will consist of candied nuts, feta cheese, and poppy seed dressing. Please RSVP using the online registration form by 12:00 pm, Friday, February 17, 2023 - no exceptions. No Show/Cancellation Policy: due to increased costs, please note that any member who signs up for lunch
and is unable to attend must notify the YCEPC by 12:00pm, February 17, or they will be billed $30.
