Please join us on September 19, 2023 at the Country Club of York for an educational course offered by the York County Estate Planning Council, a program of the York County Bar Foundation, on the topic of Identity Theft: How to Reduce our Risks. The speaker for this event will be Jerry Mitchell, an Outreach Specialists with Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Each year, more than 10 million Americans have their personal information — including name, social security number, bank account, or credit card number — stolen. This presentation is designed to raise awareness of identity theft tactics, steps to take to protect your identity and personal information, and information on reporting identity theft. If you attend this in-person lunch it can count as one continuing education credit for PACLE, CFP, PA Ins, and CPA. If you are a current YCEPC member, the cost of registering for this event is free. For all other guests, the registration cost is $70.00 (4% processing fee added to credit card payments). The in-person lunch will consist of a beef stir fry with rice and vegetables - or - Eggplant Napoleon, layered breaded eggplant, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes served with a balsamic glaze.
