Please come out and join us on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 12:00 pm via Zoom, to hear Gregory A. Crumling, CPA/ABV/CFF on the topic of a business as a marital asset. The intent of this program is NOT to teach how to perform a business valuation or to discuss
valuation theory – at least not beyond some basics. Mr. Crumling will discuss how the
Attorney and the Business Valuator can work together throughout the process to minimize
fees and avoid avoidable delays in the process. The program will review what is involved
when a marital asset includes an ownership interest in a business, including determining
what needs to be valued, what scope of analysis is appropriate, what information to request
(including why is it relevant), and what end deliverable is needed, among other things. Mr.
Crumling welcomes your questions, including in advance, to make the program as
informative and beneficial as possible.

Those registered will receive the Zoom link and handouts the business day before the program.

The PACLE Board approved this program for 1 hour substantive credit. To receive credit, all
attendees must be signed on by Noon. Late arrivals will receive no credit.

The reservation deadline is Wednesday, May 17, 2023, individuals can register by completing the attached form.
