The Pennsylvania Bar Association will be presenting its annual Malpractice Avoidance Seminar in York County on Monday, November 23rd at the Administrative Center – 28 East Market St., 3rd Floor Training Room. Members have already received PBA announcement flyers for this event. Please note that this program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of ethics CLE credit in addition to the 5% malpractice insurance discount.
The program consists of an interactive CD-ROM presentation with a qualified commentator to answer any questions.
To qualify for the 5% discount on your liability insurance (underwritten by Westport) you must meet the following criteria:
1. A 1 – 3 person firm must have at least one attorney attend.
2. A 4 or more person firm requires half of the practicing attorneys to attend, or a minimum of one quarter, if at least one of the attendees is a partner.
